The following terms apply to all bookings made with Quiet Company. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings & deposits

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any deposit specified. Dates are held provisionally until confirmation is received.

Performance

We require adequate space, a power supply within reasonable distance, and safe access to the performance area. Set lengths and break structure are agreed in advance.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are detailed in the booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment. Full documentation is available on request.
